While you explore

The questionnaire, calculator and fictional portfolio demo run in your browser. The website keeps your page journey, selected answers, calculator scenario, demo inputs and selected Live Desk topics in browser session storage (sessionStorage) so you can continue across pages. These inputs are not automatically submitted to an AInvestX application server.

Session storage usually lasts for that tab’s browsing session. Browser restore features may keep it longer. To clear it immediately, use your browser’s site-data controls for ainvestx.com, then reload the page. A scenario you download remains in the file you save.

Customer accounts

The invitation-only account service at app.ainvestx.com is separate from the anonymous website tools. Amazon Cognito handles passwords, email verification, authenticator setup and sign-in. AInvestX's profile database does not store your password or one-time codes.

We use your verified email to identify and help protect your account. You can later add a preferred name, phone number, legal name and date of birth. These profile fields are optional in this release. A phone number or identity detail you enter is self-reported; email verification does not complete KYC. No PAN, Aadhaar, identity-document upload, bank details or portfolio statement is requested by this account service.

Customer profile, session and invitation-control records are processed in AWS's Mumbai region using Cognito, Lambda and DynamoDB. AWS CloudFront handles website delivery through its global network. Private account responses are configured not to be cached. AWS processes service and technical information under its own policies; selecting a region does not mean that every provider metadata or support process is confined to that region.

A secure, browser-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Authentication tokens stay on the server. Account screens do not load the public site's market widgets or conversation tracking, and profile information is not automatically added to Messenger drafts or anonymous calculator answers. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.

We retain profile information to provide your account and respond to requests about it. Operational controls and limited security records help us manage access and abuse; application logs have a seven-day retention setting and exclude profile fields and credentials. Profile recovery backups can retain earlier copies for up to 35 days. A deletion request does not instantly remove every backup copy.

To request a copy of your account information or account closure, email contact.ainvestx@gmail.com. Mention the account email, without sending passwords, codes or identity documents. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We will explain any records that must be retained and the steps for your request. This release does not automatically submit privacy requests from the account screen.

When you contact us

Before opening Messenger, you can review and edit a draft containing your website journey, questionnaire answers, calculator illustration and selected Live Desk topics. Fictional portfolio demo inputs are excluded. Opening the Messenger link shares the draft with Meta; you choose whether to send it in Messenger. The website does not send messages automatically.

Email links open your chosen email app without adding your website answers. If you send an email, AInvestX receives your email address and the information you include. Email is handled by your chosen mail service and our Gmail mailbox. Facebook conversations are handled through Meta. We use what you send to respond to your enquiry.

A short introduction and your questions are enough to begin. Please do not send portfolio statements, PAN, account details, passwords or OTPs in an initial enquiry. Ask us how to share any documents securely.

Website and external services

Delivering pages through AWS hosting involves ordinary web requests, including technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested URLs. Hosting providers process these requests and may record technical request information.

Pages using Google Fonts request fonts from Google. The Live Desk loads market and calendar widgets from TradingView, which receives technical request information when those widgets load. Indian headline metadata is served from AInvestX’s website; your browser does not contact the news-feed provider to load that list. Following a publisher or other external link takes you to that provider’s website.

These providers handle information under their own policies: Google, TradingView, Meta and AWS.

Privacy questions

Email contact.ainvestx@gmail.com with a privacy question or a request about information you have shared with AInvestX. Mention whether you contacted us by email or Facebook so we can understand the request. Keep sensitive documents out of that initial message.
